[Bug 1802351] [NEW] Kile dialogs extremely slow and unusable

Public bug reported:

Opening dialogs from Kile, such as
- "Save as"
- "Open file"

are horribly slow. "Open file" did render eventually, but did not
respond to input. This is on Unity desktop.
